Made of Bricks is an album of happy pop songs. This day and age girl acts are popular, almost too trendy, but it has brought many great artists/musicians to our attention. Ms. Nash stands out because of her quirky twists and views of the world that you hear in her songs. Her lyrics deal with confusion, love gone band (everyone can relate to that) and uncertainty. br /br /Kate Nash blends her music and lyrics in a very pleasant manner not dark and dreary. I like the contradiction of it all. Some songs have piano in the mix like on "Foundations" and "Skeleton Song". This record really got to me and that surprised me. I play it a lot, probably because it's fresh, fun and a real treat to listen to.

Im not going to speak for everyone. as they all have their own opinions on music. but to me, this album is probably one of my favorites. i can listen to them for ages and not get tired. to make it simple, each track has its own charm. and if you are the type of person who appreciates any kind of pop/folk kinds of music. then get it. if not, then dont.
