First her voice in it self is very soothing and relaxing. I was asleep in no time and I'm sad to say that I haven't gotten through her entire cd, because I quickly fall asleep. I appreciate this cd because after a long hard day, sometimes it really hard falling asleep. This cd soothes your body and mind allowing you total concentration on sleep and before you know it, you're sound asleep. I love the cd and I recommend this product to anyone that's needing to relax as well as fall asleep. Thank you

I highly recommend this exceptional relaxation CD. You can feel the tension in your neck and shoulders melt away. She is truly gifted in her delivery and her voice is very soothing. I highly recommend this CD, not just for daytime use, but to help clear your mind of all the day's stresses before you go to sleep at night. Your will find her CD 'Daydreaming by the Sea" just as rewarding.

I've needed this to help me relax and sleep at night, but I'm getting so frustrated trying to get it to play its making it worse. If anyone has any ideas let me know, I'd appreciate the help. Thank you

This CD is great to listen to for relaxation during the day or at bedtime. Beth's voice is very calming. It's wonderful to relax as the CD says "with nobody wanting anything and nobody expecting anything".

I love this relaxation CD. I've never meditated, but my husband started listening to some relaxation/meditation CD's. I laughed and went on my way. At bedtime one night, I listened to Beth's CD. It was amazing!...I fell asleep without work on my mind. Now I'm addicted and listen to it every night!
